Refund & Returns Policy - Restore Hydro

We want you to be happy with your Restore Hydro bottle.

Order Processing: Orders are only processed once payment has cleared and proof of payment (POP) has been received and verified.

14-Day Returns: You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return, email us at info@restorehydro.co.za with your order number and reason.

Damaged / Wrong Item: If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo to info@restorehydro.co.za within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
